THERAPY SESSIONS

 

Payments

  • All applicable payments should be made prior to availing Happlyf Wellness’s services.

  • The user's session booking(s) will not be confirmed till the payment is received by Happlyf Wellness.

  • If you are accessing our services through a third-party or your organisation, beyond any sessions that might be offered to you as part of Happlyf Wellness's association with your organisation, the user's session booking(s) will not be confirmed till the payment is received by Happlyf Wellness.

  • All purchases expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

 

 

Fee Information

 

  • For individual users, the fee per session is dependent on the selected psychological wellness expert.

  • For users who are accessing sessions through their organisation, beyond their included sessions, the fee per session is dependent on the selected psychological wellness expert and specific arrangements with their organisation.

 

Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund

 

As an online psychological wellness platform, Happlyf Wellness strives to provide the user with the best possible service in order to maximise user satisfaction. Keeping that in mind, Happlyf Wellness's cancellation and refund policy ensures the highest possible flexibility for the user.

The user has the flexibility to

 

  • Reschedule the session

  • Cancel the session

  • Claim a refund on the cancelled session

 

Session Reschedule

 

Happlyf Wellness provides the user with the flexibility to reschedule their sessions to a later time. Any rescheduling request will be processed based on the time at which the user requests Happlyf Wellness to reschedule with respect to the scheduled time of the session and is explained in the table below.

SESSION CANCELLATION AND REFUND

 

Cancellation by the user

 

The user can cancel the session and claim a refund. The refund amount provided to the user will be based on when the cancellation was initiated and is explained in the table below.

For sessions cancelled with refund eligibility, the user can request a refund by writing to contact@happlyf.com. The time of the mail receipt by Happlyf Wellness will be considered as the cancellation time. The refund will be processed through the same channel as the payment made.

 

Cancellation by Happlyf Wellness Expert

 

If the session is cancelled by the Happlyf Wellness expert, the user is eligible for a refund or session reschedule regardless of the time at which the cancellation was done. The user can:

  • Book a session with the same expert on a future date. or

  • Claim a cash refund for this session if the user made a payment to book the session, by contacting contact@happlyf.com.

 

Session Delayed/Technical Issues

 

If, due to an unforeseeable reason from Happlyf Wellness’s end, a booked session is not completed in its entirety by the Happlyf Wellness expert, the user may write to Happlyf Wellness at contact@happlyf.com. Refunds will be handled on a case-to-case basis.

 

Cash back guarantee offer

 

Happlyf Wellness provides 100% cash back guarantee offer to first time therapy / counselling users as on 06 January 2024. This is a no question asked refund offer whereby user can convey dissatisfaction in their first session with Happlyf Wellness expert to the client relations coordinator or write to contact@happlyf.com within 3 days of taking the session. The user will be given a refund in this case. If the dissatisfaction is conveyed by the user after 3 days of the session, the user is not eligible for the refund.

 

Happlyf Wellness retain the right to withdraw this offer anytime in the future without any notice.
